Role and Responsibilities
Phil joined Mitchell Sinkler & Starr in 2021 and is a Portfolio Manager. He is also a member of the Compliance Committee.
Prior to MS&S
Previously, Phil was a Portfolio Manager for West Financial Services and a Private Equity Analyst at Camden Partners. Before entering the investment industry, he worked as an engineer at the NASA Goddard Spaceflight Center.
Education and Credentials
Phil received his B.S. from University of Maryland’s A. James Clark School of Engineering in 2010. He has earned the professional designations of Chartered Financial Analyst and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst and is a member of the CFA Institute, CFA Society Philadelphia, and CAIA Association.
